Shipping Policy

1.Shipping Methods We Use:

DHL,Fedex, UPS, TNT etc. We ship to all over the world.

For our formal dresses, we use DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT ect. fast shipping methods, the shipping time is about 4-7 working days to Canada，USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, New Zeland; to other countries, the shipping time is about 1-2 weeks.

For skirts, women dresses, we use E-packet or EMS, the shipping time is about 2-3 weeks.


2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Normally, you can receive your order in 2-3 weeks after you place the order. If you need to do rush order, please let us know, we can do rush order for you.


3.Shipping Fee.

The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the price of the dresses.

For the order price which is $1- $50.99, the shipping fee is $15

For the order price which is $51- $159.99, the shipping fee is $29

For the order price which is $160- $199.99. the shipping fee is $32

For the order price which is $ 200-$ 300, the shipping fee is $35

For the order price which is $ 300.01- $1000, the shipping fee is $45 

Return Policy

We always focus on providing excellent products and good shopping experience to our customers. Our return policy is here to help customers to handle all kinds of return cases.

*********Cancellation**********

Our customers can cancel their orders if they need, but the time for canceling is very important, because some of our formal dresses are made to order. Please read the following details for cancellation policy:

1. Order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment: for a full refund.

2. Order can be canceled within 48-72 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee.

3. Order can be canceled >72 hours after payment: only for shipping fee.

********Return Policy********

Our customers can return/exchange the dress, if we send the dress to you in wrong size/color/bad quality.

For custom dress return, we can only return 50% of the dress price, because custom dress can't  be sold again, thank you so much for your understanding.

We are unable to take the return if you personally feel the dress does not look good on you, but actually there is no any problem on the dress, thank you for your understanding.

A. Measurements or Size.

Due to this is online shopping, the correct measurements or size is always the most important key to make the fitting dresses. So, it is very important that dear you give us your correct measurements or size according to our measuring guide and size chart. If buyers send us wrong measurements/size or you lose/gain the weight after you provide the measurements which results in a unfitting dress, I am sorry we are unable to accept return request.

B.Color Representation:

We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.

********Return Detail********

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the dress.

2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.

3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.

6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
